Notification of Results: All candidates will be notified of their status via email, including those not selected for the current academic cycle. Official award letters will be emailed to recipients directly by the Secretary

Post-Award Responsibilities: Upon notification, it is the recipient's responsibility to manage their own admission process and all related institutional requirements. The recipient is expected to maintain regular communication with the Secretary to ensure a smooth transition into their studies.

The Secretary will communicate privately with the recipient regarding funding disbursement and all other practical matters.
